History
Initially formed by John Herbert Alfred Winter, J.H.A Winter & Sons Ltd has, over the past 50 years has built a wealth of experience within the construction industry across Lincolnshire and the East Coast. In 2003, the firm became a private limited company headed by Phil and Jakki Winter. In 2018, Robbie Winter joined the team to continue the family heritage. We continue to grow at a steady pace and work across a range of sectors including: education, commercial, healthcare, heritage and domestic.

- Employing an exceptional team of knowledgeable and experienced trades people who are all committed to their respective trades and ensuring the work we produce is of the highest standard.

- Ensuring all our site and contract management staff are provided with all the necessary training and resources.
- Collaboratively working with clients, consultants, architects, engineers and project managers and ensuring honesty, transparency and fair dealing is continuously maintained.
- Investing in the latest work vehicles, equipment and tools to allow our workforce to efficiently produce excellent quality workmanship.

At J.H.A Winter and Sons Ltd, it is important for us to ensure that our high health and safety standards are constantly maintained. The main reason for this is to ensure we are doing everything we can to provide a safe working environments for our employees, supply chain, clients and the general public. We maintain accreditations such as CHAS to provide evidence of this commitment. Furthermore, we employ local health and safety consultants, Hunt and Sykes to constantly monitor our health and safety practises and help with this very important aspect of the industry we operate in.
